Let me explain how the course works...
The course is done by printing out and doing worksheets set in our private student area and the information for the worksheets is based on the book below which you will need to buy
5th edition of Introductory Guide to Anatomy and Physiology by Louise Tucker,
Jackie will send you the link to Amazon so you can easily buy it. (PS I have also scanned a couple of the first few pages of the first piece of work so that you may start this course immediately and don't have to wait for the post!)
This is what the ITEC multiple choice exam is based on
You follow the coursework schedule in the Anatomy Course Homework Section of our Student Area (access given once you sign up and pay for the course)
The homework to download is clearly indicated, as shown below – print this out and put it in your folder
See below - this is what the homework looks like when you print it out - and you just fill in the gaps using the Louise Tucker Book
Once the homework is completed you print out and do the test – mark the test with the answer sheet.
It is really straight forward, and students are relieved that it is so clear, simple and well organised - it makes your studying and learning easier - which is the whole point!
There is another part to the course to help you with revision – the ITEC on screen part
This is for revision purposes only and is not the main course
This is a bit more wizzy than the worksheets and it is all based on the same Louise Tucker Anatomy book - so it all fits in together and makes sense.
- Once you have set up your file, printed out the Welcome Pack and your first homework, you call Jackie to ensure you are on the right track, plenty of reassurance and support always at hand!
- Jackie is always available by email, face time, skype or come for a 1-1
- this gives you the freedom to fit it in around your lifestyle
We have made it as easy to use as we possibly can with plenty of support and encouragement - including a private Facebook page!
There is so much good stuff out there on Facebook, that we can easily share it with each other on in our private Facebook area - it all adds to the interest, motivation and inclusion of our students.
