The Functional Reflex Therapy 2 day training course is AoR CPD approved. It supports your individual skills and areas of experience that you bring as a qualified Reflexologist and it will give you ideas and the opportunity to increase in confidence with an approach to help you to develop your business and practice in many environments..
The Functional Reflex Therapy Approach is now being used in schools for children and young adults with special educational needs, autism, autistic spectrum disorders, neurological impairment and learning difficulties, in residential and carer homes for older clients with cognitive disorders and within the hospice setting.
During the training you will have time to share your experiences of the education system and we will talk about the value we as Reflexologists can bring to that setting. You will be provided with helpful ideas for good practice to meet Ofsted requirements along with suggestions on how to work as a valued member of the multi-disciplinary team and you will receive a proposal template on how to approach the school and make that initial introduction when you feel ready.
On completion you will have appropriate material to help you to run small successful workshops in your local area along with ongoing support from the FRT Network.
