Meet us! Meet Jackie and her tutors that make up our wonderful school
The School opened in January 2005 and has established a good and well-earned reputation in Norfolk and surrounding areas.
All the tutors (apart from Lorraine Kirk) have been through the school as students and taught by Jackie herself – so she knows them extremely well and this ensures a high level of competency and experience as well as dedication and enthusiasm.
Skills range from Sports Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage and Anatomy and Physiology
They have a variety of other skills such as Pregnancy Massage, and Advanced Massage and Advanced Reflexology too as well as Ear Candling.
We frequently hold open days welcoming those interested in learning at our school and you may meet some of our tutors too. Read on for information on our lovely tutors, who they are and how they can help you become a practitioner in your chosen therapy.
They are all self-employed and run their own businesses – a wealth of experience to pass on!
Meet The Team
Jackie began her journey into therapies with a one day workshop in 1997 and got hooked! Jackie originally trained in Beauty at Colchester Institute (2 year evening classes) whilst doing Reflexology and Aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage at Brentwood Academy. She started out as a (very) mature student and didn’t have time to waste!
Reflexology, Ear Candling
Dawn teaches Massage and also Aromatherapy Massage. Dawn, Kerrie and Lorraine were all in the same class when the school first opened in January 2005. They were all great students and Jackie is lucky to have them back at the school to teach for her.
Sports Massage Therapy
A former international athlete Lorraine brings with her a wealth of experience in dealing with sports injuries. Lorraine has worked regularly for years at The Diss Rugby Union Football Club: emergency pitch-side, clinic rehab: Occupational Health at Unilever, along with her private practice in Norwich.
Natalie qualified in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage with Jackie starting in 2012. Since then she has steadily developed her therapy business to include Bowen technique. After finally leaving her previous office employment early in 2014 she now works as a therapist in a private practice in Norwich.
